Joshua James

Co-Founder

Joshua has 17 years of experience in international and bilingual education in Southeast Asia. As founding Managing Director of EMASI Van Phuc International Bilingual School, he established the school’s safeguarding and child protection systems. At British University Vietnam, he designed leadership training for more than 1,000 school principals across Vietnam with the Hanoi Department of Education and Training and the World Bank. Wendy Parry

Co-Founder

Child protection advocate with 20+ years in education leadership, Wendy transforms safeguarding theory into institutional practice. As Principal at Vinschool and Housemistress at Harrow International, she implemented comprehensive safety frameworks that moved beyond compliance to cultural change. Now as a CIS School Support and Evaluation Officer, she guides international schools in developing proactive protection systems that address both physical and digital environments.
